I am a Certified Professional Life Coach and founder of PassionWorks Coaching in Arvada, CO. I have spent over 20 years in the nonprofit field, many of those in management, where I coached teams and individuals to be successful in their jobs. I have bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in applied psychology and received my Professional Life Coaching Certification from Transformation Academy. I am also a Certified Insight Coach Practitioner through Insight Coaching Community and a member of the International Coaching Federation, Colorado Chapter. I started my own life coaching business in January of 2025, because I am passionate about making a difference in people's lives. My areas of expertise are mid-life transitions, mid-life career change, aging & living well, and relationship coaching; however, I am open and equipped to coach anyone on any subject they choose to work on with me. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered techniques and philosophies to create a safe and supportive coaching relationship where my clients can unlock the skills and motivation to overcome barriers, discover themselves and their passions, and start living their very best lives.
